A: The Summit: Path to Incredible is TriNet’s annual recognition and celebration for top-performing individual contributors. This experience is designed to acknowledge your achievements, provide leadership development, and create opportunities to connect with our Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

A: An evening gala celebrating colleague achievements with awards, entertainment and dinner.
Q: Who is invited?
A: This is an invite-only event. Attendees are individual contributor colleagues and manager hosts selected by TriNet’s ELT.
Q: What are the event dates and location?
A: March 1–4, 2026 at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
Q: Is attendance required?
A: Attendance is strongly encouraged, but not mandatory. If you choose not to attend, compensation will not be provided in lieu of participation.
Q: What expenses are covered?
A: TriNet covers:

Q: How do I arrange my hotel stay?
A: Your hotel accommodations for March 1–4, 2026, are already secured. No action is needed on your part. Most rooms feature two queen beds, with some king rooms assigned randomly. If you require special accommodations, please specify this in your RSVP or email TheSummit@trinet.com.

Q: Is there a Disney app?
A: The My Disney Experience app is the official mobile guide for Walt Disney World Resort (and Disneyland), acting as a central hub for planning and managing. Guests can start planning today with online and mobile tools that make it easy to manage and share vacation details- such as linking their hotel and dining reservations, theme park tickets, as well as other options. Plus, they’ll get next-steps and key planning dates to help you get the most out of their Walt Disney World visit. Guests can also use Online Check-In/Direct-to-Room service, which allows Guests to get to the fun faster with real-time room-ready updates. Guests can sign up for room ready notifications and use the My Disney Experience app as a digital room key to enter their Disney Resort hotel room.
Q: Can I extend my stay?
A: Extensions may be possible based on hotel availability. Any additional nights will be at your own expense, and you will be responsible for making your own arrangements.
Q: Can I request a room upgrade?
A: Upgrades may be available only at the hotel’s discretion and must be paid for by the individual. TriNet will not cover upgraded room types.
Q: How do I contact the reservations department?
A: Walt Disney World Group Reservations Phone Team is available for assistance Monday through Friday 8:30 AM EST until 6:00 PM EST and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 AM EST until 5:00 PM EST. They can be reached at (407) 939-4686. They will be closed on New Year’s Day (January 1, 2026).

Q: How do I book my flights?
A: All flights must be booked through TripEasy.

Q: How do I arrange transportation to/from the airport?
A: All attendees are required to use TriNet’s Uber Business for airport transfers.

Q: What time should I arrive/depart?
A: Arrivals and Departures are as follows:
Arrival: Programming begins at 6:00pm on March 1.
Please plan your flight to arrive with enough time for hotel check-in (3:00pm).
Registration is open 1:00–5:00pm (Location is TBD. Check back soon for more info.)
Departure: Programing concludes at approximately 10:00am on March 4.
Flights should be scheduled after the program ends.

Q: Can I drive to The Summit?
A: Yes, you can drive to The Summit and can either expense your mileage or rent a car through TripEasy, dependent on your travel distance. Review the T&E Policy for more guidance or contact the travel@trinet.com or the expensereports@trinet.com.
Q: Is Parking available?
A: Yes, overnight self-parking is complimentary for guests staying at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort.
Q: Is there a per diem?
A: No. However, you will be provided with a $50USD Disney gift card to use at your discretion.
Q: Will I have free time during the trip?
A: Yes. Each day includes designated free time. During these periods, TriNet colleagues are welcome to explore on their own and are not required to remain with the group. Free time may be spent visiting the Disney Parks, relaxing by the pool, resting in your room, or enjoying a workout at the gym.
Q: Are Disney Park tickets included?
A: Yes. Attendees receive two half-day Disney Park passes for use during scheduled park access time on Day 2 and Day 3.
Q: How do I access my park tickets?
A: All Disney Park tickets will be distributed at Registration on Sunday, March 1 between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm, or at the Welcome Reception starting at 6:00 pm if you are arriving later. This timing still allows you to link your ticket and make any additional plans. Thank you for your understanding. Disney has confirmed this approach helps ensure a smoother experience for everyone onsite.
Q: Are FastPass or Lightning Lane options included?
A: No. These upgrades may be purchased individually if desired.
Q: Are there security or ID requirements?
A: Yes. Some group activities take place inside Disney parks and may require:
--Metal detector screening
--Government-issued ID
--Your TriNet Summit name badge must be worn at all programmed events.
Q: Can I bring a guest?
A: The Summit is intended for TriNet Summit winner colleagues only. If you choose to bring a guest, please make your own arrangements. Note that TriNet sessions, activities, meals and the award ceremony are designed exclusively for colleagues—guests are not invited to attend.

Guest travel needs to be booked separately from TriNet travel. TriNet's TripEasy cannot be used by non-colleagues.
Q: Are there additional charges if I have guests in my room?
A: The maximum occupancy of a standard Guest room is 5 plus an infant (under the age of 2). For room purposes, an adult is anyone age 18 and older. An additional adult fee of $35/night plus tax will be assessed to the Guest for more than 2 adults in the room. This can be in any of the following configurations:
-- 2 Adults and 3 children plus 1 infant No additional adult fee
-- 3 Adults and 2 children plus 1 infant $35 plus tax
-- 4 Adults and 1 child plus 1 infant $70 plus tax
-- 5 Adults and 1 infant $105 plus tax
If there are more Guests in the party mix than listed above, a second room would need to be booked.

Q: Will alcohol be served at the event?
A: Yes, alcohol will be available at select events. We encourage responsible consumption to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all attendees. Please refer to the TriNet alcohol policy for additional information.
Q: What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
A: Please submit any dietary needs in your RSVP.
Q: Are the venues ADA-accessible?
A: Yes. For accessibility requests, please note them in your RSVP or email TheSummit@trinet.com.
Q: Will there be nursing accommodations made for nursing mothers?
A: There will be a space reserved in the convention center which will cover Professional Development times and some group mealtimes. When we visit Animal Kingdom on March 2 between 7pm - 11pm, the Park and Baby Centers will be closed so the only option during this evening would be the park restrooms. You can also check out the Baby Care Centers across property, including the theme parks.
Further, there are beverage coolers in each guest room, with a minimum temperature of 40 degrees, but it's not recommended to store important medication or items that require refrigeration. You may request a refrigerator to be delivered to your room. If mothers wish to freeze or store their milk elsewhere, the Bell Services team can assist. Additional information can be found here.

Q: Will there be photography or videography?
A: Yes. Candid photos and event photography will take place throughout the program.
Q: Are all events on the agenda mandatory to attend?
A: The following events are optional while all other events are mandatory:

Q: What is the dress code? (updated as of 2/13/2026)
A: We are adjusting the dress code for Summit daytime activities to be more relaxed, with comfort and engagement in mind. Business casual is not required. Because daytime and evening sessions include time with executive leadership, including our CEO, we are leaning on colleagues to use their best judgment when selecting attire. Choose attire that feels comfortable, looks neat, and is appropriate for conversations with our leaders. For the Awards event, cocktail or business casual attire is requested.

Q: When will the agenda be available?

Q: Do employees need to use PTO to attend the event?
A: No, PTO is not required to attend The Summit. However, if a colleague chooses to take additional time off before or after the event dates, those extra days would need to be covered using PTO in accordance with company policy.
Q: How should non-exempt (hourly) colleagues record their time, including on travel days?
A: Non-exempt colleagues do not need to enter time in Oracle while attending the Summit; the Corporate Payroll Team will do that for you. However, you should keep track of any compensable time beyond 8 hours/day. Q: Should I bring my TriNet-issued laptop?
A: No. Colleagues are encouraged not to bring their TriNet-issued laptops. Laptops are not needed for Summit sessions, and the daily agendas generally do not allow time for other work activities. Please review this Travel & Timekeeping resource for more detail.
